Because access to downloadable or immediately available digital content is provided promptly, purchases are generally final after access is granted, except where the file is materially defective, duplicated by error, not delivered, or a refund is required by applicable law. Human-led services
Cancellation terms are stated in the written scope. Unless that scope says otherwise, work already performed and non-cancellable approved costs are not refundable. Any remaining unearned service fee will be handled according to the written scope and applicable law.
Rescheduling and delay
Timing may be adjusted when required information, access, approval, or payment is delayed. Travel or third-party reservations may carry their own non-refundable terms and will not be committed without the agreed approval process.
Chargebacks
Please use the stated support process first so delivery or billing problems can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension of access and recovery of documented costs where lawful.
